Growing up in Orlando, FL I always got to visit places like Disney World, and Universal Studios Florida. When I was younger, I there were even more, albeit smaller, theme parks around.
One of the joys of these parks are the skill games you can play. These were often against a group of people, or in rarer cases individual games. At the end of the game, you received either points or a prize (those stuffed animals you see people carrying around).
Unfortunately, some of the companies who made these games have gone out of business. When that happened, a lot of good people lost their jobs. Some of them have started their own businesses working on those games they made doing everything from standard maintenance to completely refurbishing them with new paint, cabinets, etc.
I’ve created a simple website, Denny’s Upgrades, for some of these people to get leads on who needs their services.
After working on several larger sites, which take 6 to 12 weeks once final design was done, it was a nice change of pace to work on a site that could be completed in just a couple of hours. Granted, this site doesn’t have a lot of the bells and whistles some of the other sites have, but it still has a basic e-mail form, and uses my newly released Form Validator tool for the validation.
